SUNY Delhi Holiday Bazaar Vendor Registration 2025

Join us for SUNY Delhi’s annual Holiday Bazaar, a festive marketplace on campus celebrating the creativity and craftsmanship of our local artisans. This event showcases handmade goods, unique gifts, and seasonal specialties — the perfect place for our community to shop local for the holidays.

We invite vendors offering products, including (but not limited to) handcrafted jewelry, pottery, textiles, home décor, fine art, baked goods, and specialty foods. Spaces are limited, and preference will be given to local makers whose work reflects the quality and spirit of the holiday season.

Event Date & Location:
Friday, December 5, 2025 from 10:00am - 3:00pm in Farrell Center

Vendor Registration Fee:
$35 per vendor

Vendor Registration Includes:

• One 6-foot table and two chairs (additional tables may be available for $25. An email will be sent to registered vendors, if space becomes available)

• Event promotion through campus marketing channels

• Access to a vibrant, engaged shopping crowd

Please note that we are not able to guarantee access to electrical outlets.
